Hello, Carlisle. I'm reaching a quiet stretch in my patrols and thought I would take some time just to--to reach out to you. To make sure you're well, that your day has been peaceable and enjoyable. [Given how poorly he slept the night before -- not that that turned out to be a bad thing, for a change -- Carlisle is dozing when Glacius calls, so he gets the message a bit later when he's managed to pry himself from the bed. He's still fatigued, still ought to be resting... but he can't help but smile as he listens to the recording.

... And then listens to it again. It's... nice to be thought of, to be on someone's mind for reasons other than what he can do for them, both good and bad. He'll have to think of a nice way to return the gesture -- working on the glyphs for conjuring snow will be a good start.]
